Weight Loss Program Structure:
- $200 for an initial consultation with our nurse practitioner
- $300/month for the first 2 months, locked in start up program:
- - Includes medication for that time period
- - First injection given by us in the office
- - 3 In-office visits during this time period
- - Telehealth availability for support
- $300/month for weekly doses under 0.5mg, $350/month for weekly doses above 0.5mg and 1-monthly in-office visit
