Lauren completed her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at The Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing in 2009. As a Registered Nurse, Lauren worked at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore in the adult ICU and then transitioned to hospice and palliative care nursing, where she worked at Northwest Hospital and the University of Maryland Medical Center.

In 2015, Lauren went on to receive her Masters of Science degree at the University of Maryland School of Nursing, where she graduated cum laude. She is board certified in Adult-Gerontology Primary Care by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She worked as a nurse practitioner at BW Primary Care in Eldersburg, MD prior to transitioning into aesthetics.

Lauren’s passion for aesthetics has grown immensely over the years. Her greatest love in aesthetics is injecting dermal fillers and neurotoxin. She believes that a beautiful injection is one that only enhances one’s natural beauty, and that injectables should NOT be “overdone.” Lauren truly values educating her patients through their cosmetic journeys, giving comprehensive and compassionate plans of care to ensure that patient’s age as beautifully as possible.

Tarryn graduated with her Bachelors of science in Nursing from Bloomsburg University in 2009. She has worked in various positions as an RN, including Inpatient Orthopaedics, Emergency Department and Cardiac Recovery. She went on to receive a MSN from Bloomsburg University in 2015 and is certified as an Adult-Geriatric Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Her passion for helping others as well as the importance of self care and feeling confident in one’s own skin led her to pursue a career as an Aesthetic NP. Tarryn began her journey into aesthetic medicine in 2022 and is so excited to be part of The Natural Aesthetic Medspa team, where she will work with you to meet your aesthetic needs.

Haley has been a nurse for 12 years and started her aesthetics career working for a Baltimore area plastic surgeon’s office and at another local medical spa. She has taken the last year to devote her time to crisis travel nursing during the pandemic, but we are SO proud and excited to have Haley here with us part-time now! She is the magician behind Lauren’s face and so we know you’re going to love and trust her as much as Lauren does!

Lauren has been a nurse since 2016, and has spent the last three years learning everything about aesthetics. Lauren’s background in nursing started at Shock Trauma in the Trauma Resuscitation Unit where she cared for some of the most injured patients in the state. In 2021, Lauren started at a physicians private practice specializing in neurotoxins and laser hair removal. We’re so excited that Lauren has now expanded her scope of services at The Natural Aesthetic Medspa. Lauren has a passion for education and learning new skills and techniques to help her patients achieve their beauty goals.

Christie has been a licensed Esthetician since 2016. Received her degree from the Aveda Institute in Chapel Hill, NC as well as her Bachelors degree from Penn State University. Christie has almost a decade of experience working in plastic surgery and medspa practices. Has attended continued education with yearly training and courses to only give her clients the best experience. Christie specializes in corrective skincare and helping patients achieve the skin they want.

Yvette Drapeaux has 15 years of aesthetic experience. Yvette graduated in 2007 from the Aveda institute of Washington D.C. She has had training in the treatment of acne, rosacea, hyper-pigmentation and age related skin concerns. She specializes in facial treatments, skin resurfacing, chemical peels, light therapy treatments and hair removal. Her passion for skin care will help you develop a customized individual treatment plan to fit your needs. She finds inspiration in seeing the impact she has on her clients and helping them feel better about their skin.

With nearly two decades of experience from luxury spa to dermatology and laser centers, Emily brings expert knowledge and a true passion for helping skin shine. When she’s not performing transformative facials, she is cheering on her kids and loving her pups, or baking up sweet treats at her own bakery!

Kelly is a Registered Nurse with six years of experience who found her calling in aesthetics through a personal focus on skin health. Her path was inspired by her own time spent with a dermatologist, whose work in preventing skin cancer showed Kelly the importance of specialized skin care. Today, with degrees from Towson University and Carroll Community College, she uses that clinical foundation to help her patients feel confident and healthy in their own skin.

For Kelly, the best part of her job is the connection. She is a dedicated listener who treats every patient as a partner, working together to build a personalized plan that achieves natural, beautiful results.

When she isn’t helping patients, Kelly is usually exploring new towns and local breweries with her husband, Kyle, and their daughter, Charlotte. Originally from Sykesville and now living in Frederick, she loves being part of her community. Her home is kept lively by two golden retrievers, Lucy and Chevy, and a three-legged cat named Bennie.
